Default AM (IT) IB security clearance process
Hello everyone, I was recommended by FPSC against the post of AM (IT) IB in June 2021. I’ve not received offer letter/ medical letter till now. Kindly reply if anybody know the exact time taken for security clearance and what is the next process?? Thanks

You shouldn't have waited so much. FPSC's recommendation letter says that if you don't receive an offer letter from the department within 30 days you should contact the department and also inform FPSC about it. Immediately write a letter to Secretary FPSC about the situation and also send a copy of this letter to the AD who sent you the recommendation letter.

Furthermore, call the relevant officer mentioned in FPSCs recommendation letter and also pay him a visit with copies of your recommendation letter.

Dear, I’ve approached FPSC twice during this time. Their statement was that, we are the recruiting authority and once we’ve recommended you and informed the department, our job is done. Next process is responsibility of department to contact you. They said that department haven’t told us about any issue about your case so you should contact department. But FPSC only mentioned the name of the person to whom I should contact, there is no cell number or email ID mentioned. How can I contact that representative of department??

What's his designation? Is he from IB or Ministry of Interior?

Did you contact FPSC on phone or through letter? If verbally, just send them a letter anyway so you have proof of your correspondence with them and let them answer in writing.

Director Recruitment from IB. But only his name is mentioned on recommendation letter
