For test preparation first we need syllabus to focus on. We didn't have any yet. I think nobody in forum yet have appeared before for subsequent phases.

For subjective type IT Proficiency test preparation I think we should focus on same syllabus provided for screening test because that syllabus covers all main subjects of computer science.difference is next test will be subjective but hopefully syllabus will be same or it is possible addition of further subjects in syllabus.

There is a subjective part after the mcqs test? Where does it say? I thought the documents were asked for interview? Will the subject part be for 135 candidates only? Weird

Lesser than 135 I believe. Those aren't shortlisted candidates but those who have received notices for submission of docs and shortlisting will be done afterwards at 1:8 (on basis of merit and scrutiny of their papers) and those candidates will qualify for next round (Subjective Test). After that psychological testing and interview will be carried out. Now I am not sure that process of 'psychological testing and interview' are two distinct phases like Object and Subject test or they will be held together.

Yes. Subjective test is of 100 marks. The candidate has to get at least 50% to get to next round.
