Exclamation IB Bio Data Form
I have a few queries regarding the filling of bio data form:
  • What is consolidated advertisement number?
  • What to write in Ministry/Division/Dept?
  • What to write in Subject on top right hand corner under category? I have entered category as General. Is it correct?
  • Do we need to provide departmental permission certificate if we are serving in government organization but have recently joined and still on probation?

"Subject on top right" is not there to fill by aspirants. Actually, it should not have been blank as you received the letter. "General-A" should have been written there if you had appeared in exam under general AD category.
Meray letter mein wahan pehlay say hi "General-A" likha huwa hai.

Rest of your queries can be answered by the advertisement published on FPSC url.
