Yes, ECP's decision will also affect IB induction.

Default The ban on FPSC?

Why the honourable Islamabad High Court has banned upon FPSC recruitment process? Is there any case going on against FPSC?

Ecp ban still exists.

SC anulled IHC verdict and upheld the ecp ban on govt recruitment.

As long as fpsc doesn't define a separate islamabad quota the ban imposed by IHC (in a separate case) will continue to exist.

What's the procedure for defining/changing quotas? because quotas between Sindh urban/rural should also change according to the latest (albeit flawed) census.

I don't see the sense in stopping further processing previously held exams. May the court end the impasse soon.

Good news. Today Supreme court of Pakistan has lifted the ban on recruitment of FPSC. Soon the recruitment process of FPSC will be resumed.
