Fake news..please don't spread rumors...

Nothing is going to happen before the next hearing i.e. 29th May,2018.

SC had itself taken notice of ecp ban and had given IHC one week to decide the case and when IHC did it over ride the verdict.

In fpsc case it is a genuine case filed in IHC and SC has nothing to do with it...Neither will the apex court interfere with the on going proceedings in ihc.

What if the election schedule is announced shall the ban be constitutional by the ECP ? please update

Dear please see the previous page where i have uploaded the screens shots of the case details from islamabad high court website.

The same case number is also available on notification present on fpsc website.

I don't know how difficult it is to understand that the case is in islamabad high court and not SC and that the SC won't interfere in any of its proceedings or verdict (unless someone goes in appeal and that appeal is admissible) or the fact that ECP has nothing to do with it....and the case is about defining the Islamabad quota (whether it should be separate or not)

You can check by yourself..go to supreme court website..check online case status...case number is Cp.1750/2018
