Interview schedule has been uploaded on FPSC website. Are they directly going for interviews instead of conducting psychological assessments first?

I think that is Personal Hearing of couple of candidates. Different from Interview.

I received letter today but the question is do we need to send the required documents now or a later stage.
Address will be the same i.e. Fpsc HQ.
