Yes, DPC should be on FPSC 's prescribed format available on the site. After downloading it's hard copy you should get it filled and singed from the authority. Submit this signed Form along with other documents to FPSC. Save it's photocopy in your record.

I have also received letter.now what will be the criteria for further shortlisting as everyone documemts will be checked for eligiilty.my expected marks are 84-87

Yes, of course.
Read the instructions written on the covering letter if you have received it.Otherwise check your email in box. An email along with instructions and required formats enclosed with a copy of biodata form has been sent by Fpsc to the candidates.

FPSC don't disclose or intimate the marks obtained for G.R (General Recruitment ). You have to wait for Pre-selected candidates list until it is uploaded. In my opinion if you expect these marks then you are in a very safe zone for next phase. So, keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best.

I think this notification is related to different category. It is not about pre selection of candidates. While I had mailed fpsc on 15th august regarding pre selection list and conduction of English descriptive test regarding case number f.4-274/2017 R and they replied "very soon". But still waiting....
