First of all Congratulations are in order. You are one of the very few lucky people (at-least) this year!

If I were you, I'd consider these points:
1. Place of posting: Kounsi job ki posting kahan hogi. Very important for long term survival on the job
2. Salary/benefits: Kis job ki salary/benefits behter hain.
3. Work Environment: Kounsa work environment apko zayada suit kerta hai.
4. Growth/Promotions: Kis job main growth achhi hai. Promotions ka kya scene hai.

At the end it depends on you. No decision is the wrong decision. Good luck

P.S. When you finally decide and join the organization, please keep us updated about your experience there. There is little-to-no info available about CAA and IB here on cssforums. Whatever you can share will be really appreciated.

one cant compare IB card with CAA. DIG,SP ranks officers will be ur colleagues, seniors.U will aware from all current affiars matter.
IB perks, privileges r also good.

I think caa is better than lb because of salary promotion safe working environment and tantion free life. Provided tthat you do not run after illegal power to be used for bribe i have spent 3 year in pakistan civil aviation authority
