Seniors plz answers
What are the powers of AD IB????
Is it a good post????
Some people say it is not good post bcz people who work there left aftr some time thats y FPSC announces these posts 3 to 4 times in a year
Plz guide about this

Following are the reasons
1.Transfers and Postings in far flung areas and transfers may happen any time with out notice
2. No social recognition like other law enforcement agencies.
3. No privilege like csp's
4. Influence of PM OFFICEs BUREAUCRATS
5. NO POWER OF POLICE LIKE ARREST ETC. and only pick and drop is given to AD's and no squad like ASP's
6. Serving for political elite
7. On high ranks police department officers are deputed on deputations
8. Anonymous job

Can you explain this a bit more? I assumed the IB centers will be in major cities only.

my bother in this organization
simple and just like office work job
i means no tor tappa
just get information and send it to higherups
information regarding public meetings, about govt employee while there appointments and their conduct etc

A snippet from a Dawn article today on 6 year old Zainab's murder case:
