No name in the preselected list F4-15/A 2018

I've a query regarding the second list of the case mentioned above.
Result was declared in September 2018 and my name was in the list of those who managed to clear the screening test. There were almost 115 candidates in that list.
Then I started preparing for the next task but after 4 months fpsc again updated the list and my name was not on the list.
I just want to know the reason why they didn't include me in that list?

Your merit might be lower than the other candidates...

FPSC demands documents from a few extra candidates too, who are next in merit, so that if someone in the merit list does not submit his/her documents, the extra candidates can be pre-selected. If all the candidates turn up, the extra candidates are declared low in merit and not included in pre selection.

FPSC usually takes 2 or 3 more candidates against each seat in order to fill the merit. if the top merit candidates fail to submit documents in prescribed time, they fill that vacant merit through these candidates. But if all top candidates submit clear and vetified documents in due time, they will take only those top 8,9 candidates against each seat leaving the rest as they had low merit.

But I was totally prepared fro the subjective part. And after 4 months they changed the list!! Isn't it unfair??
