Can some one guide me about current nature of duties of AD Ib and also their perks and privileges . I will be thankful to him/her

come 1 dear kindly share some details about their salary package, their promotion system.did they give vehicles to their officers or not? what about their housing colonies? What kind of package did they give on retirement?
