Can someone please share the syllabus for the descriptive test to be held shortly for AD IB? TIA

Fpsc shortlisted candidates for descriptive test on which basis???
Last time in FIA case, they shortlisted all candidates securing 25 marks in 100 mcqs paper.

Is it the same scenario in IB??

No, it's not the same.
In FIA case, that was due to paper leaking scandal of Mar 2019.
Now, short listed ones are the top performers only.

Precis 25
Essay 25
Comprehension 20
Narration 10
Pair of words 10
Sentence completion/correction 10

So assuming they carry the same syllabus from last batch, the descriptive paper will only be Essay and Preci, right? I mean no islamiat, Pak Affairs, Current Affairs etc??

At least, this was the case last time.
There will be more clarity once syllabus is uploaded on the website.

Do you have any idea how many candidates they select after descriptive test? Right now, for a total of six seats in my region ( 5 open merit, 1 women quota), 46 candidates have been shortlisted. That’s roughly 1:8. For psychological and interview, will they select all 46 or the number goes down even further?

The notice says the descriptive will be conducted shortly. . any idea how long will it take.. How much time do we have to prepare??
