Also log complain in citizen portal as well this was helpful in my case too

Default No clearance for AD IB job
My cousin still get the security clearance, it's been 10 months now ....
He is from AJK...did anyone else face this problem before?
Share real info plz and contact if anyone can help in this regard...

Your cousin should approach the concerned section officer of ministry/department mentioned in FPSC's letter.
