Plz help in Interview of AD (IB)

Can anybody tell me when will interview be schedualed? How may one get prepared for one's interview? I mean what kind of questions are generally being asked? Should one have to focus only on General Knowledge,Current Affairs and on command of one's speaking english fluently or there is more to be taken into consideration?

Dear !u r supposed to have grasp over general knowledge,current affairs and should consult your own subject of study.however it is more about your conduct in the interview than knowledge you possess.I think,they will be looking for a poised and calculated person.And poise and confidence oyu get when you are feeling secure about your self.

it is being said that inteview for ib ad will be held after around 2 months.either by last week of october or in november.

There is this misconception that it is the fluency of english that is looked into and questions are asked about General knowledge, current affairs etc as if asking questions from a book and pre prepared answers would help you out in giving the answers the way a matric student does.

While in an interview, the whole package is checked, what is the message you are sending across...you may not be fluent in english but if you know what you are saying....the interviewer takes that into account more than other things.

I have seen the same people fail the interview three different times on different occasions while applying for this very post and many other job postings like it.

I have seen people who speak the most fluent English you come across, fail even in provincial service commission exam's interviews and people who can hardly speak a word of it get through purely on merit even with mediocre backgrounds.

Then there are people who have cleared it in the first go.

Its not about what you have memorized and what you have not. Its about who you are and what you are not.

Just concentrate on your routine, dont focus things out of exposure so much so that you cant see the rest of things in life that await you.

interview is a simple and tough process at one and the same time.
the first and formost thin g one must keep in mind is that this/that job is not the end of the day.go to the room and leave all this psycholigical baggage behinf.one`s mind should be free without any presuure.

look confident and be confident.dont try to chaet the panel.if u dont know anything then simply say sorry

visit the place few days earlier and ask people what is being asked.

prepare ur syllabus of the degree whatu have done e.g ma english llb etc

moreover dont forget to be conversant with current affaira and have ur own opinion backed by solid arguments.

ur dress also leaves agood impression.

take it easy and dont lose ur confidance at all
