sister the initiative is very nice. but the thing is why use another site when we have forum where we can share anything we want...
i would have to register on Word Press to share my material whereas me and many along with me who have applied for IB have already registered on forum and we check it regularly.

Excellent ... what are we waiting for .. ? The clock is ticking. Last I heard, they will be conducting the written test in the month of Feb 2012 (Before CSS 2012). Also, they will be announcing the relevant syllabus for this designation at the official FPSC website, hence keep an eye out ! It's only after we get a peak of the syllabus; that we will be able start our preparation in the right direction despite of whatever we have been studying so far . .

thnx a lot for ur posting these questions n ans. i just randomly applied for the AD post advertised in Aug 2012. i haven't prepared anything (means no formal preparation). yesterday i came to know that exam is gonna held on 16th dec :( .. im not sure i could do this in one week :S . kindly tell me should i go for test as im not well prepared and also i will have to travel plus take leave form my current job. i have read from the posts the u have to score atleast above 90% to qualify for interview, which im not sure to get in such a short time. plzzz help me , im so confused.
