Assistant Director IB Test and Interview Procedure
Hello Members!
I revisited the advertisement 09/21 and found out the following statement under AD(FGO) ad: "To shortlist the candidates at first stage MCQs Screening test shall be held. Thereafter English subjective test of 100 marks will be conducted for shortlisted candidates at the ratio of 1:8 (eight candidates per post) with qualifying standard of 50% marks" I am confused about "Qualifying standard of 50% marks". Does it mean that one needs 50% marks in screening test to qualify for the English subjective test? Can someone interpret it? |

It means that if there is one post then top 8 candidates from screening will be allowed to sit in subjective.

It means that top 8 candidates will be called per seat in the order of merit subject to qualifying the screening test. It implies that those 8 candidates must have minimum 50% marks in test even if they are in top 8 in order to qualify for the next stage.
