Dear all seniors I need following information regarding AD IB

Qualification required
Age limit
Age relaxation if permissible
Recruitment process i.e. exam , group discussion etc
When the exam was held last time
Expected exam in future.

First screening test is comprised of English, Math,IQ and General Knowledge.
The 2nd test is based on English and the pattern is just like CSS but relatively easier.
I think it depends on the availability of seats. If seats are available FPSC announces otherwise it doesn't. So not necessarily every year.
Experience is not required.
