can anyone tell me about descriptive test pattern of AD ib ?after clearing screening test

Hi guys, the IB advertisements mention an upper age relaxation of 5 years. Can someone please tell me I can take advantage of that? I am 30 years old from Urban Lahore with no government service.

General relaxation of 5 years is for everyone so you basically add 5 to 28 = 32 years or sometimes 5+30 = 35 years.

Don't worry yourself thinking what's the reason for adding this 5 if this is for everyone, why they can't simply say 32 or 35? It's how our govt. works. Inefficient at best.
