OM stands for office management & GD stands for general duty.

Means Office Management, its cadre OM works only in office or duties assigned by superiors and G.D for General Duty cadre which will work in field duties.

well at that time IB itself conducted test .which was almost mcqs based except one question which was of essay.

This is for sure ib jobs ..
This time they have asked nts to conduct nts to speed up the process

according to my information after nts test ib itself will also conduct test ..

There will be no written test by IB itself after NTS one. Just like MOD.
