Paper was absurd

AoA, dear aspirants....paper was not only out of syllabus but also against rules.
1. when we talk about current affairs that means current events within an year. Quetions like darfur in Sudan is not current event. Suden even has been divided into two parts since 2011 and he is asking about darfur. Al-Gore nobel prize is not current event qustion.
2. There was no question of Pakistan Affairs. Questions were not even of history of pakistan. Questions were related to sub-continent history, so out of syllabus.
3. We he says that syllabus is Everyday science/ General Science. That portion was also irrelevant.
4. Most important thing is that paper was copy/pasted from different sites which is against rules. In this way advantage was given to few candidates. It means that paper was already made public.

http://www.cssforum.com.pk/css-compulsory-subjects/everyday-science/70760-everyday-science-mcqs.html

5. Is this organization (FPSC) is so absurd, illiterate that she selected or has such type of paper setters who just copy pasted questions and who even would not had bothered to verify answers?. Answers to these question could have been mere some one's personal idea or view. Even if these answers are right then this paper was out of given syllabus.

Please forward these comments to chairman FPSC by mail or email by maximum number of candidates. Paper should be cancelled. :busy:cry

Every question asked for any kind of test is always present at one or other place. You may check, for instance, any previous question paper taken for any test as a sample. You will surely get all the answers put already on different sites.

How this paper setting was??

Current affairs first 12 questions are from 2008 CSS C.A paper...Is current affair of 2008 still valid for 2013...A big question mark...

Also for Islamiat, all 10 questions in the same sequence are taken from any of past paper which is available on cssforum and other forums too...

Everyday Science is only some definitions and Old scientist, all 20 questions from these 2 issues...!!!

Pakistan affairs 10 questions: 6 of M Bin Qasim, 2 for Ghaznavi and other 2 for Omayyadh and Abbasi...!!!!! was it Pakistan affair or History??

Math portion was also strange, some question taken from Kangaroo test of 2007, no algebra, no geometry, no sequence etc etc

@all.

Now that we have attempted the papers and evaluated ourselves (cross matched) with the right answers.

Please tell. Your domicile and how many marks are you expecting? . So we could get an idea how the competition would be for clearing the test.

Mine is sindh rural and I am expecting round about 60 or so marks.

One more thing I would like to add, it is test of intelligence bureau but the paper was outdated and against the prescribed syllabus, so I am dissatisfied with the paper setting.
