There is mentioned in Advertisement that "The Graduate is eligible" It means every category of Graduate. By the way, for which post you want to apply.

For the post of Assistant Director (BS-17) it says MA / MSc or equivalent degree required.

Can someone with BBA (16 years of education) apply for the said post?

Any source of a an affirmative or a negative?
