You have to write names of the banks and the specific branches in which you have bank accounts. Its nothing specific about businesses, its about individuals as well.

I second Jackal. I also believe the forms are more of a formality (not that one needs to write incorrect details) - the selection will not take into account MINOR deviances that are most probably the result of not having the form revised since 1986.

It would be irrational to believe that the MoD would go to each and every bank to check the details, so on and so forth. They probably have their own parallel security verification mechanisms in place and only key parameters can make or break a candidate's chances.
