Yess principal should be grade 17 officer private person has no authority to attest it

Guys I sent it through Peshawar GPO on 12th July by simply registered it. i asked for a special service but they told me that it would reached today. can registry parcel be checked online?

I asked the same question from gpo and he told me that registry can not be checked online. However, he said that if it doesnt reach the destination it will come back to my home address

Please tell me at the end of the sva form it is mentioned that it must be attested by a head of an educational institute/previous employer/CO . But a seperate one page form has the instructions that attestation can be done by any 17th or above grade officer . Kindly tell me if I can get it attested from any 17th grade officer because I can not arrange any head of educational institue/CO/previous employer

گورنمنٹ ہائی سکول کا کوئی بھی پرنسیپل 17 گریڈ کا ہوتا ہے یا آپ کسی ہاسپٹل کے ڈاکٹر سے بھی اٹیسٹ کروا سکتے ہیں

Pay Package around 30-32K. BPS 14.

Promotion maximum at Traffic Analyst Supervisor (BPS-16) No more promotion. Training is also there, but its classified. It's a Desk Job!
