Phase-4: There is a security clearance after the interview where one or two officers (mostly inspectors) visit the candidates home and reconfirm whatever has been shared by the candidate. This is followed by Medical etc and job offer. Then training for 9 months :)

Link doesn't tell about the number of papers and content of paper. These are contents of last year paper. I don't think so that there would be three papers this time.

Type of tests for each post announced.
 

NTS has announced the type of tests taking for each post. For Assistant Director, They're gonna take Screening, Written and Psychological test.

I don't think it will be like last year, at any rate, study last 10days of newspapers, I reached the interview last year... Btw is there a way to get the test center shifted to a different city
