SI/Assistant Psychometric test guidance
 

Hi guys,

My friend appeared last time in psychometric but he failed in it. The reason he is saying that there were many urdu litrature words, synonyms and antonyms and also the personality test was a very complicated one. This is very hard if the screening is gonna take place in urdu medium.
Please guide from which source such test can be prepared?

Ary han yar tumari PMS k urdu wali bat to me bhool e gaya, matlab tum se urdu me tayari karna wohi bat karogi k "hum to sanam doobengey, chalo tunhey b ledobengey" :laugh:

I think we should focus on descriptive test before heading towards psychometric test, because you've to pass to this test before qualifying for next stage.

Bro I think we should focus more on psychometric, because they fail plenty of candidates in psy, so psy worth more. If it goes bad despite of attempting brilliant, all efforts woukd be in vain. Though we also must take descriptive into acvount but weightage should be more to psy. It is my opinion

I took couple of psychometric online yests on net, when I tell 100% truth, I get 7/10 marks. Whereas, in sam test, when I tell all lies I get 10/10 tesults. Ab kya sab khoot bolkar 10/10 marks uthaen l, ye kya majra hai, matlab jhooty logo ki itni value he market me :cr

Off course, it matters a lot and we should prepare this test as well. Only those people can help us and untie this knot that what kind of paper would be? We must learn from them. MOD and NTS have kept us in the dark and we're groping in this dark and everyone is guessing and some people are opinionated like you. Anyhow, fingers crossed for all the aspirants.
