I have appeared and cleared the psychometric last year. Faraz K Afridi has perfectly summarized the test for you guys. Some other things to keep in mind:

1. [B]Always stay positive.[/B] Even if the picture or word has a negative connotation, you should make something assertive out of it.

2. [B]Be honest in your answers.[/B] Don't try to bluff otherwise it will be your own loss. A question may be repeated multiple times using different vocabulary. If you choose one option in the first one and another in the second, game over.

3. [B]Time management is key.[/B] Try to be as fast as possible but also accurate at the same time.

4. [B]Don't worry if you are unable to complete a portion.[/B] You are not supposed to complete the test rather give the accurate answers. The test is designed as such that one is unable to complete it. If you try to complete it in between the transition time, it means you have cheated. Your run for the position ends here.

5. [B]Keep calm.[/B] It is not a big deal. Just stay focused and have faith in your abilities.

1....100 mcqs which were easy and mixture of diagrams, general knowledge etc and time was 30 mintutes.
2....30 to 40 questions to check your opinions, suggestions etc . research like questions .....agree, disagree, strongly agree etc,,,,likert scale
3....word association test.... they show a word for 3 to 4 second on screen and then remove, you have to response in one word and in 3 to 4 seconds.......e.g cat, sky, gun murder etc
4....sentence compeletion test, again 20 to 30 sentences, like my father is.... i m ....... my college is,....... etc limited time was there for this portion too.
5..... story writing .. first they show a picture for 30 seconds you have to write story in 4 minutes,,,,,,total 3 to 4 storys.
5.... you plus and minus points 5 each.......

good practice for the success of this portion ...dont need to cram any thing just learn techniques,,,,
