I got help from a teacher who had cleared her CSS psychological. She gave me the following tips: -Always stay positive. However bleak and gloomy the word or picture is, give it a positive twist. -Be fast but also accurate. -Be honest in personality questions but also be on your guard as the questions are repeated with different wording and you have to give the same answer as you did in the last question. -Don't cheat i.e. don't encircle answers after the time is up. -Get a good night's sleep. I had also shared these tips in the psychological thread before the test was conducted. Hope it helps! |

Since you said you qualified for interview last year as well, Could you let us know what are the next steps?
How, Who is that they contact people who have passed the psychological? What was your experience like in interview? What do you think about sifarish in this dept? Is it the same like any other dept or they select solely on merit? Thank You in advance |

I am sharing my story with you; may be its not the Test to blame at, may be its the TOTAL/Accumulative score at the end of these three exams. Candidates are to be selected on the basis of merit and merit is to be determined on the basis of Ratio i.e. punjab seats, KPK seats etc. Better luck next time buddy, failure is not when you fall down, its only when you dont get up once again. RISE & SHINE my friend!

Brother i scored 148 in MCQs part and 128 in descriptive.
My prayers and best wishes for you as well...do pray for me. As far as psychometric test is concerned i had experience of clearing it in PMS CSS and ISSB... I attempted 70+ out of 100 Questions... In story writing i always write stories about helping others and showing determination and hardwork. And i always ended story writing with a moral of the story. In sentence completion i always tried to convert even negative sentences into positive....like... اس نے بہت ھاتھ پاؤں مارے مگر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ One of my friend completed the sentence as... مگر ڈوب گیا However i completed sentence as... مگر ہمت نہ ھاری Hope so you will get some idea.... Request for prayers |
