Hello dear members.
And congratulations to all those who had been successful in the Psychometric phase.
I want to know how and when will we be interviewed? Will we receive a call or interview letter on the address given in Biodata form?
What's​ the area of focus in interviews? How to perform well?
Seniors need your guidance

just want to ask that what kind of test this was ? like AD for what post? and when exactly this examination was taken?

It was the post of Assistant director in Ministry of Defence.
They took a series of tests. The first one was screening, then after screening they took a descriptive test. Thirdly they asked us to appear in Psychometric test.
Now all these are done, and the selected candidates will be called for interview.

As per last year practice , interview call letters are expected to be dispatched within a month after announcement of psychometric test result.
