Bro, I guess, he didn't join. Actually, I'm not in touch with him nowadays.
As I remembered: It is a contractual job and there is no chance to get permanent. Usually, "they" prefer retired individuals from Army to accommodate them. There are no benefits or allowances (I am not sure if their system is changed now) as it is contract-based. Don't know much about nature of job but it is office-based mostly. Hope, it will help. Recruitment Process:
1). SVA form (within a month from first interview, if shortlisted) 2). Security Clearance (usually takes 3 months) 3). Final interview in HQ 4). Medical letter within two month, if selected |
