I need your help
I have received an email from mod
The body of email is following

" we are pleased to inform you that you are provisionally selected for the employment "

What is meant by provisionally

Can some one explain for me

It means subject to medical fitness and verification of character and antecedents. Is the mail relate to AD post announced in 2015?
