Anybody appearing for said post as schedule is uploaded by fpsc on its website. I think the test is coming soon. There are many posts for BPS 17 and 18. Anybody appeared before for said post please share your experience.

Assalam O Alaikum!
Yes, I am appearing for it. I have given part-I (descriptive test) on 26 Oct 2019. Now I need to give (part-II) professional test on 31 Oct 2019. I have a confusion regarding professional test. FPSC syllabus for this post says part-II is a professional test of 100 marks. But could any senior tell me is it a subjective type test or MCQ's based test?:thinking

In my opinion, it will be a Subjective test.

Hello! Do you have any sample paper or any past paper of professional test? There is so much confusion around this paper as there is no material available online.

I appeared in Officer IT Expert II Subjective written part, Questions were from
(Data Structures and Algorithms, Data Encryption and Security, Cyber Security, Information Security) What I recall just randomly add hints here only not proper Questions. ...
• Open Ports at OSI network Layer.
• What is Email PGP?
• Quick Sort Coding, don’t use two recursive call initial levels
• RSA values were assigned already of i.e. n = 35, p=13 etc. find message m?
• Find A of m numbers from array and B of n umbers matching same value…
• What hash functions are…
• Proxy Server, Network layer, and application layer differences.
• Network layer attacks and Security mechanism.
• Difference of digital signatures and electronic signatures
• Difference of footprint and fingerprinting
NOTE: There were total 15 Questions and need to be attempted 10 only.

How many candidates appeared in IT expert-ii professional paper in test centres? There were only 4 candidates in multan test centre. What would be merit?any guess?

Arnd 30 were in karachi, 65 to 70 percent people were not present

Around 15 were in Peshawar Center!

I have passed Officer IT Expert III MCQs test. What is the further procedure for recruitment? Will there be Subjective Test followed by Interview or Direct Interview?
