However if depsite effort you could not get that certificate, clear yourself to prospect org with a valid reason to justify the unavailability. Note: if I am not mistaken relevant experience is referring to only relevant experience/similar to the one you are applying against, if this is the case you must have/had worked in govt org and they should/would honor your request to provide that certificate. Hello,
I am 35 years 7 months old. But I have higher qualifications and relevant experience although not government experience. Can I apply for AD? |

If you can bear the expense of application fee, just give it a try for the sake of your mental satisfaction.
