Haven't Received Transcript Yet, Can I Apply to MOD on 7 Oct

My Bachelor's in Software Engineering is Completed but I haven't yet received my Transcript, form says I need to attach attested copy of degree/transcript. Can I apply for the job without sending my transcript. And one more question I have is that tomorrow on 7th-Oct is last date can I send my application tomorrow or should it reach the NTS address on 7th and not after that.

Eligibility of a candidate is judged on the basis on degree or transcript. You need to have either ONE of these.

Second, why take the risk of sending the application on the last date? The last date was extended for the facilitation of the candidates. Guess you can pay for the same day delivery through TCS' selected outlets only.

Yes, You're right. I had not one but two problems so I thought it's better to wait some days and get the transcript and try next time...
