NTS rejected me because of stupid 16 year equivalency and query form to be sent. I contacted them but now it is finalized and nothing can be done :S

There were 10 different subjects last time, 20 mcqs from each as I remember. Maybe I am wrong but there were certainly other subjects too other than the ones you have mentioned.
However can't tell that they will repeat the format, so who knows what will be the pattern this time.

The other subjects were
I.R 20 mcqs
Political science 20 mcqs
Ethics/economics 10 mcqs
