Data Collection of failed candidates for ISlamabad high Court
 

I have applied for the position of Assistant Director in Ministry of Defence.Furthermore I took NTS test but unfortunately I was not satisfied by declaration of my result score so, I have filed case against NTS in high court and Alhamdulillah done with the first hearing for which was presented before Honorable Chief Justice High Court.Case at Islamabad high court has been Accepted for Hearing. I am going to post thread on the direction of my Lawyer for collection of candidates data who are not satisfied with the result of NTS for the AD position in MOD and wants to become part of case against NTS . Just upload your credentials. ?

Sir, i tried to upload my name but I couldn't. I am from sindh , i have secured 2.75 marks attempted 140+ . And i was sured i would secure around 90+ after negative marking. I had Blue booklet. Similarly , my friends had blue books and secured 5.75 , 6.25 , 4.5 . I guess they hav switched keys of Blue and Pink booklets by mistake. Thank you for your efforts. Otherwise we lost our hopes .

One solution to this problem is if they make only one book and assess everybody against it just like FPSC. Why do they need to change the sequence when they have invigilators everywhere? They can follow the model of FPSC and enhance the standard of supervision of examination. This can altogether save the hassle of different sequencing and ruining our careers by making any such mistake.

Please see if this can be mentioned to the court as well.

Mine also blue... secured 2.75..

Talked to Nts helpline. Operator told me you people had two days for Queries and should have called or sent an email regarding result Queries (query at nts .org .pk). Now they will justify their negligence on this basis . I did call them but their number was out of reach on friday 10:40 am.

From response of the guy it was evident that candidates have rectified their scores but no one mentioned here this process of correction of result. I think because of that second phase of other posts is cancelled.

No thats not the case, the AD Computer was cancelled due to clash with IB exams .. IB exams was also on same date. AD general was never cancelled and NTS played the game in AD General results only,

Regarding queries, i also called them next day of results and operator informed me to send them a fax.. i did the same but they never replayed,
I again called and they said we did not receive any FAX. I did that again and the response was same again.

They are telling new stories to every candidate,

The main point is they should check the answer keys not just run a scan again ..

Dear Major Alpha any update about the case, that has been filed in the respective court.

There is an issue with the blue answer key. I am sure that there is an issue with this answer key. They must not be encouraged to recheck the scripts because nothing will happen. The test should be cancelled and taken re arranged again.

Please call nts and notify them their mistakes.

Commendable, i have provided my details in the link

I sent them the email at query email address on the same day on which result was declared, informing them of this issue and asking for rectification. They did not send back any reply. I have email in my sent items.

You know what, we live in a system of injustice, sorry to break it to you but don't expect the system to be fair and do justice. We have always been told what a good nation we are in primary education, however the truth is that most of the system and people are corrupt.

Just do your best and keep doing it, Allah will reward you!

What abt wrong marking or wrong calculation of marks.

Very well Major Alpha. Your efforts are highly appreciated and be rewarded. I am also the victim of this case. NTS gave me 8 marks out of 200 questions. Whereas, I solved 160 out of 200 questions. I checked and verified that more than 90 questions were rightly answered by me. I was shocked on seeing my result and really disappointed. Moreover, some of my colleagues were also appeared for the same test and they were all responded too in the same way. NTS should recheck and make it transparant. NTS did not give student/ carbon copy to candidates. This shows that NTS had malicious intent. Therefore, they did it by will. After that they did not upload Answer Keys on website. They did not provide syllabus....etc.

I left 40 questions due to negative marking. 160 out of 200 attempted and 90+ were rightly answered. In spite all of this, they gave me just 08 marks. Which is totally unjustified. It shows there is something wrong in the bottom. There is no transperancy in NTS. Either paper should be rechecked or re-hled by FPSC or any appropriate service. There have been done many cases like this in the past by NTS. Either NTS should be permanently blocked or fined heavily on this bogus result /act. Candidates may be paid back their payments.

Inspite of the fact that so many candidates have been betrayed by NTS of genuine results, no solid step has been initiated. NTS is moving ahead with no sign of stopping . It would only be fruitful if directly the letters are written to ....

If we keep on weeping without any solid action iam afraid it won't help any of us. The entire process should be cancelled and held NULL AND VOID.

After Queries , and Talking to NTS , NTS replied changes are done - same result . Further nothing will be done.. shear injustice
