This is a question i am seeking for because i have heard that they use to contact the references. Please reply if anybody is aware about the process.

It is just a formality. Some personals contact them some do not. So, it's not something to worry about.

please guide is it necessary for a candidate k uske ghr personal visit karain or one to one mulaqat bhi ho? kya ye har selected candidate k sath houta hai? ya with out personal visist

Her kisi ka apna method hta he clearance ka. koi visit karta he koi nai karta. Ic liye yeh clearance karne wale pe depend karta he but usually visit karte hain.

What about the HEC Varification thing? I have heard somewhere that MOD have asked for the shortlisted candidates to sumbit their HEC verified degrees. Anything you know about this regards.

It's only for those candidates whose degrees have some issues. It's not for everyone.
