Bro I cant say for sure. Regarding bps-14 SI pay package it is now 65k (thanks to the current government raise in salaries)

The Take home salary till June 2022 for Newly inducted ADs was around 74k. However, due to the revised salaries, ADs will now be getting around 90-95k. Plus the ISA is around 30-40k. Usually for regions of Balochistan, Sindh, Kp & GB.

or by giving joining as AD they will provide house facilities to your family members ??

Yes housing is provided. If in a case house is not available, then good hiring is provided.officers can keep their families with them. No separate house is provided for family
Vehicle is provided to ADs at their station
Office staff also provided

I cant answer the last question, every dept has its pros and cons
