Can someone please share the details of psychometric test. They haven't shared the date yet but its for 4 days.


Also what will be required from us in the 4 days, so that we can prepare/pack accordingly.

This is shared by tahir rauf my batch mate from last time. He was chest no 4 and I was chest no 14. Both of us cleared the psychometric. Below is the entire detail shared by tahir

Hello again.
This post will largely address your queries regarding psychometric test.
I am sharing our experience of last time.
It will be conducted in batches
Last time sequence was Punjab, KP, FATA, Balochistan, Sindh and women.
You will all be reporting at MOD academy adjacent to Comsats Uni Islamabad as mentioned in your call letter.
First day.
Room allotment.
You will be told to keep ur shirts/clothes on bed for pressing / washing if u want.
Than u will be directed to report to exam Hall.
There u will be handed a BioData form on the pattern of ISSB.
And you will undergo tests like.
Verbal and non verbal intelligence.(90 plus mcqs in 30 mins of each as far as I remember)
MMP2 personality test
WAT test.(75 words last time)
Sentence completion in Urdu and English.
Picture story writing.
Two or three stories.
There was a pointer story but we were told not to attempt it.
Good qualities and bad qualities of you from your opponents perspective.
Be ready for questions like why do u want to join Mod and what options if not selected in form.
It will be cross verified in Interview.
And u may also have to write on a given topic like Most unforgivable incident of my life like issb.
All in all pattern is similar to ISSB intelligence tests.
Day 2.
Chest no allotment and groups formation.
Each group will be headed by respective Field Testing Officer (FTO).
Introduction with him in his office..
Might ask an opinion based question in the start like our group was asked, If the govt falls tomorrow and elections are held which party will you vote for?
Group discussion.
Topic will be given group is supposed to talk on it for 25 mins.
Better to wind it up in the allotted time or FTO himself will intrevene to end it.
Lecturate
Each member will be given a topic, told to wait outside of the room 2 mins and than come back and give lecture on it.
First Day tasks with FTO ends there.
Than interviews will be held.
Some will have interview with Interview/Intelligence officer and some with Psych on day 1 and vice versa on Day 2.
Day 3.
You will be instructed to dress up in PT kits.
Each group with it's FTO will be lead to tasks area.
Aik chakar Bahar wlay side sy lgwa dy gy to give you an idea.
Us k bad group task hoga.(correction needed bcz ma bhool gya hu k last time hua ta k nhi).
Than har candidate ka individual command task hoga.
Make sure to follow instructions of FTO.
Like konsy arrangements ma khray hona hai and who your command task members are according to the pattern told by FTO.
Last ma obstacles hogy.
2 mins and 6 or 7 obstacles ty.
Ditch.
Zigzag.
High jump
Monkey bridge
Tyre
Boxing ring
7th I don't remember k ta ya nhi.
Remember obstacle kar liye and whistle nhi bjy abi time up ki tu extra kar lay pir sy .
Last ma page and pen will be given and you will be asked to write down group assessment k chest no wise Kon ap k group ma ks position pay ata hai.
U may also be asked the same before command task k group ma Konsa chest no acha perform kar Raha ta k tuqa na Marna pry and yad rahy
That will be the end of Tasks with FTO.
Remaining interview like day 2 with psych or IO will be done.
Day 4.
Result day.
You will be told to dress up properly.
From time to time Kuch candidates ko bulaya jaye ga for reinterview.
Kuch ka just formality hoga Kuch ka thorough.
Jin ko nhi bulaya jaye ga un ki journey khtam.
Jin ko bulaya jaye max will be recommended.
Asar Tak u will be told to get lost .
Recommended ma sy majority ko final interview k liye bad ma bulaya jaye ga.
Make sure u enjoy these 4 days thoroughly as some one said..
Aj pata chala cell phone k Bghair bi zindagy guzar skty..
And remember don't ask Stupid questions from Major on orientation day.

Source is a friend's uncle. As for the credibility, no source can be trusted 100%. Have you also heard something about the process resumption. I have even heard that in june the process may resume.

yes, I also heard about the resumption of the process. In June, they may start winding up the 2021 process.

For 2021 posts, the recruitment process was completed in May 2022. My friend had joined as AD R&A and as per him, all the selected candidates had completed the joining process at that time.

Few of the people I know got the verification call in late September 2022 for R&A and ENG
