Thanks guys, in ISSB they conduct interview also, did they conduct interviews also? Or anything like command tasks, group discussion, group task, something to judge field agents' capabilities etc?

These were part of the test only for the post of AD general other posts had a simple 2 hour written assessment

Same as ISSB. 3 day stay at Islamabad and all the activities were exact the same as that of ISSB
