It was very simple interview. They started from general intro, expertise, job experience, skills etc. Early schooling, colleges, etc.

Then, technical portion was also very simpler. They asked hardly 3 to 4 questions: antenna size, covid-19 is real or not, 5G technologies.

Psychological portion was bit trickier. He gave me some senarios whom i answer on the spot.

When i came out guys told me they have spent more time on you like they were consuming 20 to 30 mint before per head but upon me it was went beyound 40 mints.

But i dont think it is the metric (duration of interview) that ensures final selection. Mod has unknown criteria; what they want from condidate is known only to them.

Mine went normal Alhamdulillah.
Applied for AD/DD Engg and R&A.

Intro (I got a bit shaking in the beginning), why want to join, some job and tech related ques (Antenna, impedence matching, 4g vs 5G etc).. then your 5 weakness, your friend's 5 weakness..
In the end, the middle guy said that it would be a tough job with remote postings as well.
