i didnt knw about MOD but even Captains in islamabad gt VIP flats they hv recetnly constructed artistic flat in rawalpindi,islamabad for officers. in past thr were shortage of flats for officers who were posted in islamabad, lahore.
Whats the difference between Captain and AD MOD??

1. Advertisment was announced in feb 2021 and last date was till march 2021 something
2. Screening mcqs in june 2021
3. Written exam was held in august 2021
first week
4. Psychometric issb type commenced from End of august to 1st week of october 2021. Punjab candidates were called initially. I from
Kp was part of batch 4
5. Psychometric qualified candidates received email and call on 15 october 2021 for final interview
6. Qualified candidates had to return SVA form via email in 3 days
7. Final interview commenced from 26 october 2021 and went till 2nd week of november. My interview was held on 2nd nov 2021
8. Security clearance commenced after the final interview. I was contacted twice by MOD
9. Successful candidates were called for medical in end of feb 2022 and continued till 1st week of march
10. MOD called ADs for official training on 14 march 2022

Accommodation for officers in Rwp has always been an issue. Even Colonels serving in GHQ can end up living in a rental house. The number of officers posted in Rwp and Lahore is simply too large so this problem still persists.

What are the prospects of civilian officers (ADs) in the organization? Is it true that the number of senior civilian officers has been steadily increasing?
