Can't say anything about the veracity of this claim but here is an exchange i read on facebook:

Yasir Bhai! please, inform how many candidates against a single A.D post are called for psychometric and later on how many candidates left for interview against a single post?

For interview they usually follow the 1:6 rule. For psychometric can't say for sure. Last time for Kpk 2 seats around 55 candidates were called for the psychometric and in the end 12 candidates were called for the final interview
