For all aspirants the MOD exam is divided into following steps

1. Step 1: applying, confirmation and status approval
2. Step 2: Screening exam (200 mcqs in 2 hours with negative marking) result is announced usually within 20-25 days
3. Step 3: Those who clear screening part are invited for written exam. The written part comprises of Current affairs questions, 1 precis and writing a 2000-2500 word essay from given topics
4. Step 4: Those who quality step 3 are invited for psychological exam. Last time in 2021 MOD took a new approach and invited candidates for a 3 day assessment at NIA. The exam was exactly like ISSB comprising of written test, interviews and group activities
5. Step 5: Those who cleared the 3 day assessment will be first provided with SVA forms to fill and it has to be returned back in 2-3 days on a provided email address
6. Step 6: call for interview at NIA. The interview process will be explained in later stages
7. Step 7: Those deemed successful will be visited by security officials for clearance (note: it is not necessary that if you are visited by officials you are selected, a minor discrepancy can disqualify you)
8. Step 8: Call for medical at CMH Rawalpindi.
9. Step 9: Joining for training (8-10 months)

dear yasir did u gt selected as AD MOD and secondly NIA stands for?
Dear how did u compare the job of MOD with AD FIA,IB and KP PMS?
some people said that MOD gives less perks and privileges as compared to IB,FIA AND PMS? and its not good job for civilian?
Did u have any idea about its final requiremnts?? which kinf of fitness is necessary for them? kai loog aesy hoty hain jin ki koi na koi surgery huvi hoti hai

Answer to your queries
1. I was put in the reserve list (actual mein kisi ko accomodate karna tha so samj jao)
2. Salary of AD MOD is 74k, IS allowance of 30-40k additional if you are posted in Balochistan, sindh, kp or GB
3. No fitness required. Its an office cum field job. They provide with good accomodation and vehicle (usuallay 4 X 4)
4. Social life is restricted but good power
5. NIA (national intelligence academy)
6. Medical bhut normal
Hota hai like ecg, xray, urine, blood test. That is it
