Accommodation depends where you are posted. Desk postings are mostly in urban cities e.g Isb, Lahore, Karachi etc. I know about Islamabad; there is quite tough competition for accommodation as there are limited houses and flats. Yes you do not get a dedicated vehicle but pick and drop is available. A vehicle usually accommodates 2-3 officers (ADs, DD's Directors and Majors). DDGs/Col and above ranked officers mostly have dedicated vehicles. No guards

Not every grade 19 officer i.e. Director gets a dedicated vehicle. It depends on your Dept/Section how they accommodate you. The more vehicles your sect has, the more lucky you are.

More or less yes. However, desk officers do get houses. If no house then a good house hiring facility is provided.

Guards: Yes, in field only

bro yasir and saksare how did u compared the job of AD MOD with other federal dept jobs of grade 17..
if a persn who s already AD n govt sectr and his salary s more thn 150k and his dept also gv him pick and drop facilities, medicals etc and thr s bright chances tht he will gt grade 20.. bt tht department didnt hv enough power..

did u think tht AD MOD card and its perks and privileges s more thn it and secondly wht abt the power of AD MOD. i havent seen any body who called themselves tht i am AD OR DD n isi....

Sir kui khas perks nai hi. Sirf yeahi hai kay its related to intelligence, power wagera lies with military but agar taluqat achy ho tu you can exercise that as well. Baqi its a nature is not that extraordinary.
