I thank Allah subhana wa'tala for granting me composure and helping me all the way in the intelligence cum psychological test.

It's almost same as the one described earlier by last year candidates on some of the posts. Nothing new!

Except that after the pro-forma; the first intelligence test is as easy as anything and the one following it is somewhat tough that gets tougher as you go forward. So, be prepared.

Rest, pray to Allah for my success all the way to my appointment in the organization and pray for yourself too.

Besides, may I know what is the last test-date in Lahore; we already have one brother called on May 14; any one after 14th?

100 each day means we have got a competition of 400 candidates till May 14 if that's the last day in Lahore.

Thanx for sharing but brother i think you should have told about the test with details. One of friends told that there was a bio-data sheet to complete.

picture for the story is visible for 10 seconds and you have to right down the story in 3 and half minutes. probably 4 stories. total 4 tests of sentence completion. 2 in urdu and 2 in english.

5 merits 5 de-merits as told by the previous attempt makers...

non verbal contained .. series questions and geomatrical shapes type questions.

for rest of details, lets wait for some one who attmepted.

Yes, there was a pro-forma. I think I mentioned it somewhere.

Psycho-perceptional tests that included story-writing based on shown pictures were totally four (04) in number. Every picture was displayed for exactly 30 seconds. The second part of the info is correct.

The sentence completion test was only one comprised on four (04) sheets - two in Urdu and two in English.

Nobody said that one must write five (5) merits / demerits. It's basically your merits and de-merits through the eyes of your supposed friends and opponents. They could be any in number - there was no limit advised.

The non-verbal part (series) followed right after the pro-forma filling that was the first thing we did.

Let me also mention; one must be watchful and proactive enough to gauge all 50 words that were displayed one-after-another in a very imperative "Speed-Performance-Personality Test" - You have to imply those words into the very sentences you are going to write.

Allah is with me - I don't need to worry about anything else.

Dear if you peoples have read to my post some 20-30 days before, you will find that there's no need to ask any fresh candidate.

I don't know why peoples hasitate to share, as I felt after reading the post thread.

So go to that mine thread and you will be Beneficial InshAllah.

I request peoples appearing for the test must wrote down all steps and make all clear, not to tell in ZWINKY manner.

I think helping others will not cut your chances of joining the orgnization.

Hopefully the tests dates are the least in islamabad on 28th May...

I pray for all candidate and wish them to join this prestigious orgnization....

Is there any group discussion, command task or interview in the psychological test or is it only written. Appearing on 3OTH May.

i also took the test on 12th May at Lahore. Brother undercover has explained the whole detail of test. There is no interview or group discussion, only written tests. Basically these are very easy tests. By giving the time pressure they bring out the inner personality of the candidates. So no need to worry and you will write the same thing, which is part of your personality.Now if it is suitable for Ad u will be called for interview. At this stage there is no competition but only to check the suitability.

It was the easiest test to attempt regarding such prestigious job, but we dont know what is the checking criteria and suitibility of the department.

But there is a little margin of preparation i think. In most of the cases, the candidates are asked to write down an unforgetable incident, merits in view of your friends and demerits in view of your opponents. This is a little area where u can prepare answers before going to the test. In bio-data sheet, you have to write your educational career marks with percentage and grade so remember ur grades and exact percentages if possible.

Non verbel series questions are very easy total 80 qeustions in 30 minutes. But the non verbal pattren test 72 question in 30 minutes are a bit tough portion because the time gets shorter.

u cant do any thing in sentence making test because you have not enough time for a second thought. you have to write down your first thought most of the time.

Dont take time pressure at all, be organised. May ALLAH bless us all the best options in our lives. Keep praying for others as well while praying about you.

Thanks Nadeem and reformer, i appreciate your answer. Was the test conducted for 4 hours? Were your answers at the split of the second or with some thought process? At the end were there any questions left? And was there any break between the different tests? As regards the questions were there more questions involving calculations ?

Reporting time was 7.45 am. test was started at 8 am sharply.
I try to make it clear by step wise datails.

1-They give you a bio-date sheet in the beginning. Just write down your datails, remember your percentages, grade and marks in your educational career, interests in social activities and hobies + games etc are asked in seperate boxes. In the end of Bio-date sheet they give you a topic to write down in 4 minutes. Usually the topic is, An unforgettable incident of life. so be prepared for the topic. Then immediately Bio-data sheet is collected.

2- In 2 to 4 minutes the candidates are handed over answer sheets for first non-veral test. There are 80 No. serial wise in the answer sheet and you have to write answer of each MCQ intelligence question in the relevant column. Then they will give you a booklet in which 80 questions are given. These are series type intelligence questions which do not need much intelligence to deal with. These are simple questions and one can easily do it in 25 minutes. Time given for this test is 30 minutes. No big calculations in this test just simple questions.

3- After collection of answer sheets. You will get another answer sheet for Non verbal test No. 2. You can see serial No. 1-72 in this answer sheet, This means that there are 72 questions and time again is 30 minutes.This is pattren type test. You can have idea about it from ISSB preparation books. This part needs some attention as time is shorter for this. Normally candidates do 50 to 60 questions in this segment due to less time.

After this test you will get a 15 minutes break.

4- After break they give you a sheet in which 25 words(or more than one word, making an incomplete sentence) are written in urdu serial wise and you have to complete this 25 sentences in 5 minutes.
after collection another same test with same no. of sentences, same time and in Urdu language again. (Total 50 Urdu sentences)

5- Then same test in english language. 25 words in English and you have to make sentences in 5 minutes. Then 2nd sheet and same time. (Total 50 sentences in English)

6- Then they will give you a file, in which 1st sheet contains serial No. 1-25 in first side and serial No. 1-25 in second side. They will show a word(in english) on Projector slide show for 10 seconds. You have to make sentence during those 10 seconds and then there comes next word and after 10 seconds next one. A Buzzer sound tells you that the new word is being shown. So, you have to write 50 sentences in 500 seconds.

7- In the same file you will find next 4 pages blank. you will be shown 4 pictures on the screen for 30 seconds each and will be given 3 and half minute to write a short story on what is shown in the picture.

Picture # 2 shown for 30 seconds and write a story in 3 and a half minute
Picture # 3 shown for 30 seconds and write a story in 3 and a half minute
Picture # 4 shown for 30 seconds and write a story in 3 and a half minute

Then in the end they will ask you to write down your friend view about your merits in 4 minutes, and then your demerits in your opponent's views.

In the end, Give them your auto-graph with date. and you are free to go home about 11.45 am.

Brother, I have tried to recall all with best of my efforts, any lacking in sequences is regretted.
