My Experience of SI MOD interview
 

Dear Mates,
today was my interview for post of SI MOD, Interview was conducted in a very pleasant and relax environment.Panel Consisted of 5 members.
1 was grade 21 official.
2 were grade 19
and 2 psychologist.

All they ask in interview was about family Background, Educational credentials and current doings.Average time taken with each candidate was 10 mints,

My brotherly advice, There is no need to panic.Just keep eye to eye contact with interviewer and dont hide anything if they ask.becs if u start thinking of finding a proper word, u wasted ur chance.Efficiency, clear voice and words and Proper tone is all that is required. Do practice answering the following questions.[LIST=1][*]Have u applied for any other govt job[*]if u havent applied, state the reason for not doing so[*]Y did u choose following subjects in ur graduation or intermediate,[*]wat are u doing currently[*]Introduce Your Family[*]Wats ur current Salary.[/LIST]
This was my interview, All i request is to kindly Pray for me in your Prayers and Pray that Every 1 deserving gets selected.

i got selected as si mod ?
what else in interview is highly predictable other than what you've share with us.
aint we asked to throw our personal light on the on going national or international issues with their individual recommendations?
Geography?
General knowledge?
Can we weather the storm of our impression by speaking fluent english ?
what else would you suggest brother?

Current issues
 

brother,
my experience for interview was that what i already posted.u should prepare yourself with current issues related to our country. But i have one point in my mind after this interview. They are never going to ask about any thing other than personal questions becs MOD will not ask a grade14 scale SI to produce a strategic or foriegn policy.
Our job if INSHALLAH Selected is of much diffrent Nature.It Requires Extreme physical and mental toughness, Satuation Handling and Rapid solution to a desired situation.
N all this was as i observed main objective of my interview panel.Becs the interviewers were more interested in my personal questions which i already had posted.
Still u should prepare yourself of all topics becs u cant be sure or predict what they will ask.

my interview here the questions they asked. i told them all true.

as i asked for permission to come in the room.

head of panel: you have done great task in his young age with smile. ( i smiled too )

then he asked what r you doing now days after 2007 of your MA.

i told that i m jobless and he said no tutition or teaching i replied some time i have sometimes not. he said say like this.


then few questions related to my subject i think these were 3 i answer all of them. then they asked me abt my family my father. then a question related to my area from where i belong. there was little discussuion on pak india relation like trade with her. he said what you can export india i said my taxtial industry is strong so we can export. he said has better industry than us i said we not only export but import from india their softwere industry if we buy a thing in 70$ from USA we can get in 20$ from india. then he said there things r cheaper than we, then said ok. then he asked is there any need of national interest while coducting relations with india. i said sure y not. we have too keep in view our national interest in conducting our relation not only with india but alsop with other nations. then he asked can a state live in isolation. i said not at all how can we progress without this one state has some and other has some sooooo we need interaction among us. then he said how international relations r conduct. i replied that relation r conducted after the formulation of forign policy and it vary from state to state we we these relation for welbeing and bla bla.
