my advice

guys u should also focus on karachi killings in march & of the current month. who is behind it. is it just a sectarian gang war or it is a war between ANP & MQM for karachi, how foreign elements are aiding local criminal & political gangs to get their benefits.?????
matter is of extreme interest for Pakistan economy......

Essay Type Questions

While attempting the Essy type questions, should one give facts, figures, and chain of events ONLy, or an analytical appraoch is also required. meaning, should one also include self-oinions and anlysis or refrain from it and only stick to facts, figures, and actual chain of events?

I feel that this years paper pattern has been relaxed in comparision to the exams of yester years, (probably due to the low % of candidtes passing) Allah knows best...

Kind regards

unsolved_Mystery Tuesday, June 15, 2010 12:56 PM

i think analysis of candidate is appreciated if supported by mature justification. well, senior members should throw light on it.

Analytical approach is required in any competitive exam, you have to conclude a question with your own analytical point of view..

I think the MCQs paper of the above mentioned post would be covering 40% Pak Affairs, 30% Islamic Affairs & 30% GK from the world history & current era.

So let me tell you about Paper - II.

The candidate will be given a Answer book and on top of every page a questions would be written. The candidate would be supposed to write the answer very precise and to the point in just 300-350 words.

NOTE. NO SUPPLEMENTS OR EXTRA SHEETS WILL BE GIVEN!

An internal official has intimated me with this news. However, I do not guarantee any compensation if the pattern is changed at last minute. Only credibility attached with it is my friend and I myself. Rest depends on readers to believe it or not.

AD ISI Prep

I dont think that this pattern would be used for this test :nono. I personally think that there will be no MCQs in Current Affairs paper but only the descriptive ones & the candidates would be asked to answer as detailed as they can.

mitariq Saturday, June 19, 2010 05:48 PM

there is no idea about the MCQs, i think everyone is relying on who is who and what is what, and carvan's general knowledge.

Ahmad947 Saturday, June 19, 2010 08:10 PM

NFC awards

energy crises...impact on industries...gdp......employement....etc

afkayani Saturday, June 19, 2010 09:34 PM

In my opinion MCQ paper will be same like the one FPSC takes for FIA. IB etc

And Current affairs will be questions comprising of 10-20 marks each which means we have to write 300-350 words per question but aim is the satisfy the checker not to count the words :)

GOOD Luck to all of you including me

Its hard to say anything for sure at this moment!
Can you please tell me,when its result is expected???
However, I just met an acquaintance of mine at the test center who relegated this to me that his uncle who is on-service in the concerned division told him that the result will be quite optimistically declared in one and half month time. Though the news is little hard for mind to accept, yet it coaxes heart to stay cool :)
