:con friend tell me which book or meterial should I study for this exam? and what kind of source need for this post, political or army ? plz reply me .......

can any one plz explain in detail about Inspector(JIM), sub inspector posts. are these jobs in punjab police and wat is job specifications of SDO (B&R)????

You can prepare from any general knowledge book and also read some important current issues. Your gen. knowledge should be so strong so that u will be able to get 90% marks. Then there will be a chance for u because competition is so tough....
This is army related job so it has no concern with others....

Bro these jobs are related to intelligence agency so it has no concern with police dept.....

[B]Who is who and what is what[/B] is good for the preparation of this test and one should concentrate on his English too.

Q1: When were these posts advertised and in which newspaper? Were they advertised in any English newspaper or only Urdu ones?

Q2: I have already given the test for AD MoD last July and awaiting result. Am I eligible to apply?

Q3: If i am eligible then SHOULD I APPLY? or it will leave a bad impression on the MoD concerned personel? (the reason i want to apply is that Im not sure if i'll be selected for AD MoD and in case Im not selected, I want to avail the chance of becoming an Inspector in the same organisation)

Q4: Can I apply for more than 1 post mentioned in this ad? If yes, what would be the procedure?

Q5: How many years of service does it t ake for an inspector to become AD?

AD ISI equall to Major ISI.....
i think one should promote after 10 to 15 years to the next scale ......civilian pormotion is very slow in ISI

it is equal to captain.

These posts are announced in Daily Jang, Nov 7.

You can apply also for this post. If you will clear ur written test then they can ask you the reason.
I am not confirmed that whether you can apply for more than one post or not.......
