For your kind information i want to share new recruitment pattern.In past ISI only conducted phycological Test for Assistant Director ,but now they move to new direction ...if you pass you will be called for phycological Test after this you will be called for final interview.you people getting happy because test was very easy ,so no use to be happy..if you guys think you get pass then go for phycological Test preparation do not waste time to spread rumors....sifarish etc

Kazakstan is not muslim country question tha ka muslim country konsi bari ha areawise..sudan....jiss baat ka sub mind kar ruhay thay jub me na kahee thee ...ke ISI needs people who wants to do something for country...wohi baat ab eik bhai na batayee ha ke pehlay test hoga us me yehi to check karien ga gay....ke kon nokri ke lia aya ha kon purpose se aya ha....so again its not job at the end u will find all are rejected who go for job..seriously i m not applicant just for giving all of u idea that please be positive...agar koi baat batay to us ko samjh lata haan...ISI me to lakho log a jaien agar asa wo lana lag jaien job ke lia ya passa ke lia ana wala banda unka kam ka nahi ha stat secret a jata haan sometime haath me by chance so jo pasa ke lia hoga wo 2 lakh la kar de de ga..kia samjha baat sirf smajhna ke lia kahee ha...last time dekha tha ke ISI ne kaha tha ke americans eik admi ko eik information ka 10k dollor de data haan....samjho baat ko fazool me behas na akro....yeh job nahi ha nokri nahi ha....
