it is a good job for those who are jobless but those who have any other good job should continue with that.

odd working hours, low salaries, no facilities like accommodation and medical make this job very less attractive for competent guys.

uniform, saluting, nice neat n clean working environment, p.r with all the high ups of the country make it really fun there at airports.

now it is up to one's own thinking that what he likes and what not.

Ya very genuine query, both in 16 but dy ad is with a special allowance of 150 rs. which makes this rank senior to inspector. dy ad is the sector commander at large airports like karachi and every sector has 2 to 3 inspectors whom all report to sector commander that is dy ad. it is same like DSP of police even ranks are also same.

or han inspector is promoted to dy ad means he is promoted from bps 16 to bps 16 which is a shock for those who get commission as inspectors in ASF.

1 transfer posting policy if there is any,
2 exact salary package with allowances?
3 Promotion and deputation policy oh that makes them 4 actually, anyways please limelight them.

yes there is a policy for posting. after every 4 to 5 years you are transferred from one station to another either you are happy or not. and the bitter reality is that you have to move alone not with family as ASF offers no family accommodation. if you wish to have your family with you then you must have your own arrangements on your own expenses.

then comes deputation, sorry no such policy in ASF (stay blessed in ASF )

Finally you asked about package so it is starting from 22 i think but don't have any exact number. nothing else just a dry package. . promotion up to the rank of director only whom is in grade 19.

i hope i was able to make the things clear.

but i must tell everyone a simple thing here. ASF job is a wonderful experience as i still remember the moments when BENAZIR BHUTTO came to Pakistan on 18 October 2007 i was on duty and commanding some 120 people there at karachi airport. i was with HER from press conference and saw her off the airport. there you will have thousands of such experiences and you will get tons and tons of confidence.
